Project Description

Fenton installed BR-II roof panels on top of old F-103 panels. Work included fabricating and installing several new roof curbs around roof top units, equipment penetration, and exhaust stacks. Located in Carteret, NJ, the building was constructed in the late 1960's. The original roof system was the Butler F-103 II panel, a two-inch thick foam core panel. It was determined that the simplest and most cost-effective solution would be to overlay and fasten new Butler BR-II roof panels directly over the existing panels. The panel profile is an exact match.
